Visit Garmin.com/express using your Pc browser.
Then find out the Sign in button in the right upper corner of the website window. Click on it.
Then scroll down as the sign-in tab opens.
Below it, you will see an account creation link with the name 'Create One'. Click on it.
Enter your Name, Email Address, Create a password as well as a tick on the agreement checkbox. Then click on the create account button.
Here your account will create successfully.
